Electronic Giving

The Online Giving button below connects to Church of the Dunes’  VANCO online giving portal. 

There are three fund options for designating offerings. Offerings may be split among one or more of the funds.

General Fund

This fund supports the ministries and essential operations of the church.  

Building Fund

This fund is used for major property renovations or replacements.

World Hunger 

This fund includes the monthly hunger offerings that are gathered for local organizations like Love In Action, The Salvation Army, The People Center and others.

Gifts will be directed to the Michigan Conference of the United Methodist Church, and then transferred to Church of the Dunes. 

Your Gifts Touch Lives Locally and Globally

At the Church

Gifts and offerings support the work of Church of the Dunes, funding worship and music, programming for people of all ages, and care and maintenance of the facility. The facility itself is used for church activities and as a meeting place for organizations in the community, including scouts, literacy tutor training, and American Sign Language classes.

In The Community and Around The World

Church of the Dunes shares resources with several area organizations that serve people in need, including Love In Action Tri-Cities, Family Promise of the Lakeshore, The People Center, and more. Church of the Dunes contributes to the work of the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR), which serves those across the globe affected by things like  natural disaster, hunger, poverty, international and domestic emergencies.

Gifts of service are encouraged.

There are many meaningful ways to contribute at Church of the Dunes.

sing in a choir, teach or assist with a class, serve a meal, visit the homebound, operate the soundboard, help with special events, and more
