Caregivers Group

Last Monday of the month 1 – 2:30 PM

Be supported, talk with other caregivers, learn a new tip or helpful hint, and take time to rejuvenate. 

Craft Circle

Second Thursday of the month 10 AM

Connect with others who practice or are interested in arts and crafts. Each meeting features an interesting presentation by an artist or crafter.

Family Promise Volunteers

Periodically, Church of the Dunes provides a week’s worth of evening meals for the families at Family Promise of the Lakeshore. This organization serves families experiencing homelessness. 

 

Knitters (and Crocheters)

Mondays 10 AM

Panera Bread, Grand Haven

A welcoming group that knits and crochets items to give to those in need.

This group meets monthly to discuss an engaging novel or biography

The Dunesmen        

(United Methodist Men)

Contact the church for current meeting and activity information. 

Generally, activities and events include breakfasts at local restaurants, meetings with meals and special programs and speakers, and service projects. 

United Women in Faith

(UWF)

Contact the church for more information.

UWF hosts social and mission-focused events in addition to monthly Circle meetings. Circle meetings are held at the church. They include a devotion, a speaker or  program, and refreshments.

Supper House Volunteers

4th Friday of the month, 3:30 – 6PM

Supper House, Muskegon

Volunteers from Church of the Dunes serve hot meals to guests of Supper House in Muskegon.

 

You do not need to be a member of the church to participate in groups and activities.
